Cancellation, Returns And Replacement Policies

Cancellations

You can cancel your order only before it has been dispatched. Once the shipment is dispatched, it can be returned but not cancelled.
On receiving an order cancellation request, we will refund the applicable amount within 3 to 5 business days from the day of cancellation, depending upon your mode of payment.

Refunds shall only be generated for Prepaid orders.

Cancellation Criteria

Your order can be cancelled under any of the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect or incomplete information regarding the order address (street number, landmark, etc.)
  • Incorrect product specification mentioned on hoistcraft.com
  • If the area falls under “non-serviceable zone” or “out of delivery area”, as specified by our logistics courier partner
  • In case of suspected fraudulent information
  • In exceptional cases, if a product runs “out of stock” with the vendor, the product will be cancelled 

Returns

Hoistcraft is happy to serve customers and fulfil their requirements. If customer receives any product which fulfils the below mentioned criterion, customer is eligible for return / exchange within 7 days of delivery* subject to:

  • Product is used/altered/Defective product.
  • Physical / in-transit damage to the product.
  • Branded product received seal opened.
  • Empty packet/some items or accessories are missing.
  • Significant difference found in Hoistcraft website as comparison to product
  • Notified to Hoistcraft within 48 hours of receipt of the package

*If you receive a damaged or incomplete product, it must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Images of the damaged product along with the packaging pictures must be attached while raising the return request..

Customer is not eligible for return/exchange if
– It’s “No longer needed”.
– Customers tried to handle the industrial product and were unable to use it which promotes any tear/damage.
– Made to Product on demand such as BMU’s, Hoists and Conductor Wire Ropes will not be returned.
– Quality Issues are raised. Customer can however request pre-delivery inspection to check quality issues prior to despatch which can be arranged by Hoistcraft.

Return Eligibility
– If you receive a damaged or incomplete product, the return request must be created within 48 hours of delivery via the return request option via order section
– Alternatively, you can reach out to us via our Telephone, E-mail and WhatsApp
– The products must be unused.
– All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories, and the original manufacturer’s box/packaging, as delivered to you.
– The invoice must be available.
– Products designated as “non-returnable” cannot be returned

Note: Hoistcraft is always happy to help customers if the customer fails to understand the working of the product. Customers can contact Hoistcraft customer sale team either through email / phone. If a customer received a defective product Hoistcraft will recommend the customer to connect with a Brand authorized service centre to troubleshoot the issue.

Returning a Product

There are 2 ways to return your order:
– As per the availability of our logistics partner, we will send a courier personnel to get the product picked up from your location within 2-3 business days after the return is approved
– In some cases where we cannot provide return service, the customer needs to send the product to us at the address provided by our customer care team, through India Post or as advised by us only. Once we receive the product, we will reverse the courier charges.
Once the product is sent, the customer needs to share the valid courier slip (if applicable) along with the following bank details with accounts@hoistcraft.com
– Account number
– Account holder’s name (Same as registered with hoistcraft.com)
– IFSC Code
– On receiving the product, our team will conduct a thorough quality check, which usually takes up to 2 days. If our quality inspection team finds any discrepancy, we will re-ship the product to the customer. In such a scenario, the customer will have to bear the courier charges for re-shipment to receive the product. No courier charges for sending the product will be reimbursed.

Other Terms and Conditions
– Products designated as “non-returnable” cannot be returned
– Products purchased in flash deals will not be covered under the return policy
– Products sold as a combo can not be returned individually

Note: In case of an incomplete/damaged order, customers have to share an unboxing video while initiating the return.

Refunds

Once the refund is approved, it will take 5-8 business days for you to receive the applicable refund amount.

  • For Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking/Wallets – 5-7 business days
  • If the transaction is done through NEFT and Cheque, then the customer needs to share the below-mentioned details at our e-mail ID accounts@hoistcraft.com from their registered e-mail ID:
  1. Account number
  2. Account Holder’s name
  3. IFSC Code
  • After receiving the required information for a refund, the refund will be processed in 5-7 business days
  • For EMI payment, the refund will be credited in 6-8 business days after cancellation
