How do I place an order?

For placing an order with Hoistcraft please follow these simple steps:

  1. Please ensure that you open an account with us by giving your name and contact information. If you have one already there is no need to repeat

  3. Select the items you want to shop for by clicking category, sub category and product.
  4. Enter quantity and click on add to cart.
  5. Click and go to Checkout. Check Order, billing details, address and contact details . If you are an Indian buyer wishing to take GST credit on your purchase enter your GST No under “GST No(optional)” for a tax invoice. If you have any additional information to provide please enter in the box provided “order details(optional)” under “Additional Information”
  6. Click and go to “Place Order”. Choose from the payment options provided, make payment and complete the order.
  7. Your order is now placed and you will receive order confirmation through the contact email provided by you.
  8. If you had already determined what to buy you can go to “Add to cart” directly from product icons and go checkout and complete the order.
  9. For items for which shipping cost can not be provided in advance the shipping cost will be conveyed after receiving order to be paid separately before despatch.

How long does it take to deliver the order?

Delivery time varies with products and are indicated under the products. Shipment time depends on the delivery location.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by following the steps below:

  2. Click on ‘My Orders’. You will find all your orders on this page.
  3. You can click on each order and check by using the Order number.

Do you take orders over the phone?

No. Orders can not be placed over the phone. It can be through website or through e-mail sales@hoistcraft.com.

I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do?

Don’t worry. We are there to help you! Our logistics partners will contact you to check your availability and accordingly reschedule your order’s delivery. Note : Orders can only be re-attempted to be delivered only limited number of times before being sent back to our warehouse. We regularly request our clients to receive their orders within the allotted time frame to avoid cancellation.

Can I accept the package after checking the contents inside it?

In accordance with our company policy, packages cannot be delivered with an open box. Should you encounter any problem with the product once you receive it, please contact us within 24 hours.

Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?

Once you’ve placed an order, you won’t be able to add any more goods. However, you can place a new order for the selected items with a request to try to combine delivery which we will if possible.

Which courier company will deliver my order? Can I choose my preferred delivery partner?

For a smooth delivery of your orders, we have tied up with a number of trustworthy delivery partners. Once your order is dispatched, you will be informed about the shipping details. Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to choose your preferred delivery partner. However, we will notify you when such services are rolled out in the future.

Can I check the Estimated Delivery Date before placing the order?

For an expected delivery time, you can check under the ‘product details’. Shipping time to be added to this.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order subject to the following

Orders of off the shelf products can be cancelled prior to despatch and the amount will be fully refunded after deducting only the bank/Razor Pay charges.

For orders of engineered products and conductor wire ropes with value above Rs. 1,00,000.00 or USD 1200.00 refund will be made after deducting the costs involved in executing the order till cancellation

Can Hoistcraft cancel any order?

Yes, Hoistcraft has the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances: –
If information about the customer’s address (street number, landmark, etc.) is incorrect or incomplete.
If an hoistcraft.com product’s price or specification is incorrect.
Products not being available with Hoistcraft.com any more
In rare circumstances, the order will be cancelled if a product runs out of stock with the vendor. However, the remaining products will be delivered if the order contains more products.
If, despite making an order, the customer’s address falls outside our service region or is designated as such by our logistic partner or if false information is submitted

Are there any cancellation charges involved while Hoistcraft.com is cancelling the order?

No, we won’t charge you anything for cancelling the order and amount paid will be fully refunded if due to hoistcraft.com’s inability to supply due to own reasons. Otherwise cost incurred till the cancellation will be de deducted from the refund.

When can I get a refund for my Cancelled order?

Following cancellation, the customer will get a refund through the payment method they used when completing their transaction. – Net banking/Wallets and Credit/Debit Cards – 3-5 Business Days – If you paid by NEFT and cheque, send the information below to accounts@hoistcraft.com from your registered email address. – Account number – Account Holder’s name – IFSC Code – Upon receiving the information, your refund will be handled in 3-5 business days after we receive your information.

Are there any hidden charges when I purchase from hoistcraft.com?

Only the amount shown on your order against full payment or advance is the amount you need to pay. If the courier delivery person ever tries to charge you more, please refuse to pay them and contact us. There can be additional GST and shipping charges which are clearly indicated under the product description. There are absolutely no unreported fees or charges.

Regrettably, products marked as “Out of Stock” or “Temporarily Unavailable” cannot be ordered.

Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Hoistcraft.com?

No, it is not. You can check in as a guest visitor, but for us to deliver the goods to your door, you must provide us with a working email, phone number, and address.

What is Minimum Order Quantity?

Yes, we do help our users place orders through Phone and WhatsApp. You will however need to confirm through WhatsApp and request payment options to confirm order.

Why is the standard delivery time different for some products?

Yes, the courier person will call you before the delivery if he cannot find your location or the shared address.

Does hoistcraft deliver internationally?

Yes. Large and heavy items to the nearest international port on CIF basis. Small items door delivered by courier.

Can I return the product delivered to me?

Yes. The product can be returned within 1 week if it meets any of the following criteria:

– The product is physically damaged/defective

– Different from the description on the website

– Wrong item delivered

– Missing item

Returning of products not possible for engineered items and conductor wire ropes. Pre-delivery inspection will be arranged for such items before despatch

What are the requirements to return the order?

Below are the requirements for return of products that can be returned as per the conditions above.

– After receiving the order, the customer must notify us within 48 hours.

– If the item is damaged, incomplete, or missing, please notify us within 48 hours. You can call, email or WhatsApp us – The product must not be opened. – Brand packaging must be kept whole. – A bill should be accessible.

– All of the labels and tags must be present. – Delivery slip pasted on the package must not be tampered with.

– Exempted/ non-returnable items as listed above are not accepted for returns.

What should I do if functional issues arise with the device I bought from hoistcraft.com?

If any problem occurs after the delivery, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery.. After 48 hours of delivery only warrantee claims as applicable to various products will be attended to for defects in materials and workmanship.

How long would it take to receive the refund of a returned product?

Once the item is picked up and arrives at our warehouse, we usually initiate the refund within a single business day. It will be reflected in your source account in the next 3-5 business days.

How will I receive my refund for the returned orders?

Refunds for the online paid orders will be reversed/refunded to your source account.

Can I request a NEFT refund if I paid through a Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking?

No, if you paid via credit card, debit card, or net banking, the amount will be refunded through the same medium you initially used.

What details are required for initiating a return process?

We request you to keep the below details handy: – Images of outer packaging from all sides – Confirm if the package was intact at the time of delivery – Packaging slips & Invoice – Packaging material images – Shipment label

Is the warranty applicable to products I buy on hoistcraft.com?

All products bought on hoistcraft.com come with a manufacturer warranty. You can check the manuals provided with the product or the manufacturer’s website for information about the warranty and service centres close to you.

The warranty card is not sealed on the product I bought. How do I claim the warranty?

Most service centres accept proof of purchase( i.e. original invoice) as proof to provide warranty service. If you face any trouble, please contact us at enquiry@hoistcraft.com

Why is the warranty card on my product not sealed?

We will have to open the box to seal a warranty card, and most consumers don’t accept items if the box has been opened. Hence, as a policy, we don’t seal warranty cards. All manufacturers accept the purchase invoice as proof to provide the warranty. Please keep it safe.

What will the customer receive from hoistcrft.com for a GST purchase?

Hoistcraft will issue a tax invoice to the customer, including the customer’s GSTIN as provided at the time of the order

How will the tax invoice help?

The tax invoice will serve as documentary evidence in line with GST provisions, enabling the customer to claim GST input.

When will the customer be eligible to claim GST input?

Since GST returns are filed on a monthly basis, the customer can claim GST input based on a tax invoice in their GST return (GSTR-3B) for the same month. Generally, the GST return for a month is filed by the 11th (GSTR-1) and 20th (GSTR-3B) of the subsequent month.

How do I create an account at hoistcraft.com?

Creating/ registering an account at hoistcraft.com is easy and does not incur any fees. You can register via Phone number or email address. Enter your email address or phone number, and an OTP will be sent to verify your account. Then, you’ll be asked to enter your GSTIN number if applicable. Once verified, your hoistcraft account is ready to use.

How will I get the invoice copy?

Once the order gets delivered, we will send an email with a copy of the invoice in PDF format.

I made 2 orders on the same account. Can I create a tax invoice with two different company names?

Yes, you can use different GST numbers and company names for two different orders while placing the new orders.
